The HALO maintenance plan is a structured and proactive approach to the ongoing care and management of a commercial roof system; it is tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of the roof and includes tasks such as inspections, cleaning, debris removal, repair work, and preventive measures.

Although our new roofs and repairs are carried out by our excellent time served tradesmen using the most suitable materials for your roof covering, roofs still need a certain amount of maintenance. A roof can leak for days, weeks, or months before it is noticed inside the building.

The HALO maintenance program will protect your manufacturer’s guarantee and can even be extended to 25 years with the addition of The Exchange.


CRE conduct an annual visit to clear gutters and take care of any minor works that may need addressing. More than 80% of all roofs are replaced prematurely.
