Gutter Refurbishment, Asbestos Removal, Commercial Roofing / Cladding and Industrial Roof Lights

A ‘live environment’ space where the day-to-day business operations needed to continue with as little disruption as possible. We carefully stripped the existing asbestos cement outer sheet along with the insulation and plasterboard linings. Then, we adorned the structure with a highly insulated built-up roof system, incorporating this new roof light pattern, transmitting loads of natural light into the building making it a much more desirable place to work within.

Tunnels were constructed within the building to allow free movement for fork trucks and personnel whilst being largely unhindered by the works happening up above. It is through the close relationships we form with our customers that can allow a project such as this to be carried out in harmony and this is testament to not only the relationship we have with our customers, but with our dedicated workforce.
