Asbestos Roof Replacement in St. Neots

This project for ADAPT ems in St Neots involved a full asbestos strip and re-sheet, replacing an ageing roof with a modern, high-performance roofing system. The works included upgraded rooflights, improved thermal performance and new flashings throughout, addressing the roof’s condition while improving the building’s appearance and internal environment.

Phased roof replacement

The work was carried out section by section. Our team safely removed the existing asbestos roofing from one area and installed its replacement before moving on to the next. This process continued across the building until the full roof covering had been renewed.

Safe removal and disposal of the asbestos sheets formed an essential part of each phase. As the installation progressed, attention was given to the connections between adjoining sections, bringing the individual areas together into a complete, consistent roofing system.
